Pricing, Payments & Scheduling

  • How is pricing determined?

We price based on the amount of space your items take up in our trailer (volume). Adjustments may apply for unusually heavy materials or specific specialty disposal fees.

  • Do you offer single-item discounts?

Yes. We offer affordable flat-rate pricing for common single-item pickups like mattresses, appliances, couches, and other large items.

  • How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking a few days in advance to get your preferred date, but we also offer same-day or next-day service whenever our schedule allows.

  • Do I need to be present during the pickup?

Not necessarily. As long as our crew has access to the items and payment is arranged beforehand, you don’t need to stay on-site.
